Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking.
You are reporting that your BM looks like sand in it.
I would like to know more about your current medication and illness.
do you have any chronic treatment or illness?
Do you have diarrhea/constipation?
Otherwise if you don't have any treatment than your symptoms may be related with:
- low fiber diet/IBS
- gluten intolerance
- biliary issues.
This is why at your case I suggest to to :
- fecal exams for malabsorbtion
- abdominal ultrasound
- colonoscopy
Meantime I would suggest to use healthy diet and increase leafe vegetables. Try to use gluten free diet for about 4 weeks and if you see improvement than you should go to your physician to confirm the diagnosis.
Hope it was helpful to you.
