Brief Answer:
fix an appointment with the oncologist at the EARLIEST.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

It is sad that you did not consult Gynecologic oncologist ( doctor who treats cancers) despite having this report. Denial is human nature. So I don’t blame her.

The harsh truth is different. Once cancer occurs it does not heal on its own without treatment. Sarcomas are rare tumours comprising 3% of all tumours of vagina/vulva. They develop in the muscles or connective tissue ( leomyosarcoma, fibromyosarcoma).
Prognosis depends on extent of spread of cancer, degree of differentiation and general condition of the patient.
There is a small possibility that the problem she is having with her bowels could be because of the cancer.
There are several options of treatment like surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. She may need one or combination of these treatments. This you will know only after assessment by oncologist.
I request you to fix an appointment with the oncologist at the EARLIEST for consultation and treatment.
I appreciate it will be hard for both of you. So I advise you to write down all the questions that you want to ask the oncologist and take it with you on the appointment day lest you forget to ask him important information.

I hope this helps.
If you have any other questions, do write to me through Healthcare Magic.

My best wishes.
Dr Rama
