Question : I have crusty bumps on my elbows. I'm using an eczema cream but it doesn't seem to help. Should I see my doctor or is there another cream you could suggest.

Moisturizer and topical steroid+salicylic acid ointment

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Thank you.

I would suggest application of a moisturising ammonium lactate 12 % lotion/ cream Or 10-20% Urea containing moisturizer, 2x daily over this area.
In addition I would specifically ask you to apply a topical potent steroid (clobetasol propionate 0.05%) + salicylic acid (3-6%) combination ointment, 2x daily for this patch on elbow.
