Question : Hi, my daughter has a big scaly, itchy rough patch covering the top of her big toe. What could this be from?

Hello. I just read through your question and looked at the photo. It looks like it became a little infected. Looks like bacteria. I recommend applying an antibiotic ointment (ie: bacitracin, neosporin, etc...) Three times a day. If you don't notice the beginning of improvement in the next 2-3 days, have your doctor examine it.
