What Causes Scarring In The Areas Of Brain?

Question : Scarring found on my MRI, frontal and subcortal, could this possibly be from ms? I did have a positive ana reading with no signs of RA.

Dear Madam,

Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that scarring as you have mentioned in the areas of brain is slightly unlikely for a normal person and cannot be attributed to ageing. It can be due to underlying multiple sclerosis or other autoimmune disease like SLE .

Your ANA positivity is indicative of some autoimmune phenomenon going on which needs evaluation. I would request you to please send me your test reports so that I can have a better understanding and help you out further. I don't think you are having arthritis, this has to be some autoimmune phenomenon that we need to find out.
