Brief Answer:
For how long has this been going on?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this observation and all the inconveniences this must have caused you. I have reviewed this information fully. I will like to know for how long this has been going on. If this is a long standing issue, I will suggest that he get a stool exam as the first step to investigating and establishing the cause of this XXXXXXX seed stuffs in his stool. However, if this is recent observation, I will say that you monitor for a t least a week to make sure that it is permanent and not just a transient observation before we get totally concerned and start aggressive investigations. Is he having any other symptoms? If yes, kindly report to me as putting all together may provide more specifics.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.
