Question: 51 year male consulted for seizure.h/o head injury in 2003 and craniotomy done.Request you to kindly check the attached docuemnts and please confirm on what could be the rason of seizure.ca this be due to previous injury.

Post traumatic epilepsy is common and more so in an operated case.

Antiepileptics needs to be continued.

I have gone through the reports.
The seizure is due to head injury associated brain injury.
Continue regular treatment as advised by treating neurologist.
Drug dose can be increased if symptoms reoccur.
