What Causes Semen To Come Out Of Vagina After Ejaculation?

Me and my wife are trying for a baby now. I have observed that no mater how deep into her vagina I ejaculate,I see the sperm coming out of her vagina once i take out my penis. Is this normal? Is there any way to realise if the sperms have entered into her?

It is very normal for the semen ejaculated inside the vagina to get liquified within some minutes.
This is because normal semen itself liquifies naturally.
It is a most normal phenomenon to feel that the semen is leaking out of the vaginal canal , however this is not the case.
Only one sperm is required for fertilization, and even though you feel that the semen has leaked out, millions of sperms infact do traverse through the vagina and cervix within minutes.
So do not worry, this sensation is common, but all is fine.
At the most, you can ask your wife to rest on her back with her knees brought up close to her chest for 10 minutes after intercourse, and only then get up or use the washroom.
If you fail to conceive after trying naturally around her days of ovulation for more than a year, consult a doctor for investigations and treatment.
