Hello dear.
I have gone through the details.

So an oversensitive hard testicle can be due to orchitis which is bacterial infection of testis. Other less common cause can be a lymphoma of testis. You require an ultrasound to distinguish between these condition. Of course the treatment will be different for both. Consult your surgeon for examination and ultrasound.
