Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
As per your complain if you have sensitivity and pain the the pocket that has been treated already then you can as of now apply numbing gel containing Lignocaine over the area..
Brush your teeth with desensitizing ( anti-sensitivity) tooth paste..
Avoid taking very hot or very cold foods..
You can take Ketorolac or Tramadol if pain is severe..
Do warm saline gargles..
Once you can reach your Periodontist you can get clinical evaluation done along with an x ray so that further treatment can be planned..
As of now you can take Amoxicillin for a week..
Please write back for further queries..
Regards .
