Brief Answer:
treatment would depend on the cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Sensitivity and soreness of the penis has to be assessed with respect to the cause.

Friction due to prolonged or frequent sex and/or masturbation can lead to it and may just require abstinence for a few days.

Allergies to some condoms or clothing may be the cause and a change in condom brand and wearing loose cotton clothes may also help.

It could also be due to a yeast/candida/fungal infection or a UTI and consultation with a GUM (GenitoUrinaryMedicine) clinic to treat for one or both can be done. I would also advise you for fasting blood sugar and HBA1C to rule out diabetes which can also be a factor.

Proper hygiene , washing the penis thoroughly , using a hypo allergenic soap and applying proper lubrication should also be some measures that would help.

As there aren't any visible lesions , STDs chance is minimal, but you should still get a physical examination done at the GUM clinic to be sure.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks

It's not a skin issue it is deeper in the head.

Detailed Answer:
hi,

workup for an infection eg a UTI or fungal infection would still be valid even if its not a superficial skin lesion, as the epithelial inner surfaces of the urethra can also be involved.

I would advise you to consult a urologist to rule out urethral strictures or any other lesion lining the urethra. Assessment for urethroscopy and/or biopsy may also be done if the cause cant be ascertained.

Thanks.
