wouldn't say itching or burning, just irritated. doesn't hurt to touch, but sensitivity to clothing. loose clothing is much less irritating.
Mild to moderate pain - wouldn't say severe. no pain during urination.
There are some skin colored dots at the base. I don't believe there are any red dots anywhere.
No unprotected sex. protected sex, possible incidental contact prior to protection being used
Normal sensitivity. Do not worry. Nothing abnormal in the same.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to the forum and thanks for your swift follow up.
After analyzing the complete situation with best clinical acumen let me reassure you that your sensitivity is but natural process and there is nothing abnormal in that. I can see that you are taking treatment for prostatitis- this can also cause mild sensitivity at the tip of penis.
Many a times stress related to any genital problem also causes sensitivity at the tip of penis. As there is no history of unprotected intercourse so the possibility of any sexually transmitted infection is out of context. It is further supported by no redness or discharge or no red bumps on the penile site.
The skins colored dots are quite usual and normal and are present invariably in most of the males.
For the management: I first and foremost suggest you to relieve your anxiety related to the problem as is normal and natural process.
In my patients I suggest my patients to wear lose cotton to reduce the sensitivity to touch. Avoid any tight or synthetic garments. Change your undergarments for two times a day. Drink plenty of liquids to flush your urinary system.
Do not try to touch or pinch or pop the genital area as repeated touching also induces more sensitivity to the affected area.
I hope this information will relax you. I will be glad to guide you any further.
With regards,
