Brief Answer:
Meniere's disease

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You have a history of cluster headaches and recently been having sensitivity to sounds. This could be related to your cluster headaches but may also be related to an ear problem. Ii don't think this is anything dangerous but I would recommend a referral to an ear nose and throat doctor for a complete ear exam. This hypersensitivity could be from Meniere's disease. This is an ear disorder that can cause ear pain and vertigo. There is little one can do for Meniere's disease. It usually lasts 2-4 weeks. To help with the hypersensitivity I have had my patients use noise cancelling headphone to reduce noise and reduce pain.
