Brief Answer:
Dyspepsia

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
You have dyspeptic symptoms.
You may get relief by taking C.Iladac-L once a day before breakfast for 4 weeks.

Just one measurement of blood pressure is not adequate to consider you having high blood pressure. Check your blood pressure again. If it is persistently high, you may require medications to bring it back to normal. Salt restriction, adequate physical activity and stress relief methods like meditation would be very beneficial to keep blood pressure within normal range.

Regards,
Dr.R.K.
