Avoid cards, junk food. Possibility of slip disc

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Thanks for the query.

Does you mean you have IBS or Irritable bowel syndrome?

Do you have back pain that radiates to your legs ?

Any tingling or numbness of the legs ?

Usually a lot of bloating occurs in IBS which can cause some of these symptoms. You need to avoid high carb diet. Avoid junk food, colas, smoking and alcohol. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. Do daily brisk walking exercise for 45 minutes.

If you have low back pain that radiates to your legs, hot could be having slip disc and nerve pinching. This requires xrays of the lumbosacral spine and MRI.

Apply hot water bottle to the painful regions on the back. Avoid bending forwards or lifting weights.

Kindly answer my queries for me to be in a better position to help you.
