Question : My husband just starting using Trelegy for COPD. He's cramping terribly,mostly abdominal. What can he do.

Hi,

Your husband seems to have developed a side effect of the medicine Trelegy ellepta. Gastroenteritis like symptom is a known side effect of the medicine and appears in 2-3 days. It is better to not take the Trelegy until you see your prescribing doctor.

Since your husband is experiencing bad cramps, an immediate visit to the doctor must happen. Do let me know if he has any other symptom like nausea, swollen abdomen etc. Is he passing stools, wind? Anyways an emergency medical visit is needed as it may be a surgical emergency.
