Hi there, welcome to HCMSome women take time to get used to IUD, and can have bleeding and pain initially which will settle down in a couple of cycles.
She should take tab.tranexamic acid three times a day till bleeding stops. She should take tab. Mefenemic acid for cramps. It should settle down with these medications in three days. If not then we may have to consider removal of IUD.
