What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain After Alcohol Consumption?
Question: I had an emotional melt down due to receiving a severe shock. I ended up drinking a large amount of whiskey and I lost it. I was screaming for hours and I attempted suacide. This happened 4 days ago. Now I am trying to recover but I am having severe intestinal pain whenever I talk

From of all I feel that any kind of emotional shock can shatter the confidence of any individual and I think it can be understood to have a large amount of whisky after the shocking incident.
However when it comes to recovery it takes lots of energy and effort from the person. In my opinion having resilience and continuing effort must help you to recover from the shock.
Although it is time taking process but I feel use of PPI medication such as pentoprazole 40 mg or omeprazole 20 mg must help you in intestinal pain. These medicines are over the counter medication and can be purchased without prescription.
In case the pain persists despite use of medication visiting a doctor is advised.
