Question : my 7 year old son got up from sleep in the night and is telling sivere stomach ache . hat should be done. e have cyclopam suspension at home. Can it be given. what should be the dosage

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

Cyclopalm will not help. Rather, the pain seems to be due to gastritis (although a clinical examination is actually needed to comment definitively). You need to give Mucaine Gel or some other liquid antacid 10 ml immediately. You need to give Lanzol Junior (Lansoprazole) tablet one tablet once daily before food. Hopefully things would be fine back again. If the problem persists it would be a good idea to visit the ER and to get him evaluated thoroughly.
