Brief Answer:
We need to look at the risk factors in you

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query. I understand your concerns.

Clopidogrel and baby aspirin are both antiplatelet agents and help prevent unwanted blood clotting. But statins are different drugs, they lower cholesterol so that plaques are not formed on vessel walls and narrow the lumen.

Depending on your cardiovascular risk factors and prior medical history, you may need to take both statin and an antiplatelet agent or even both antiplatelet agents. So just stopping one of the meds in your regime and substituting it by another is not a good idea. I am sure your doc has put good thought into deciding which regime is best for you. If you are having problem with any drug then you have to discuss with your doc before changing anything. Maybe taking the pills after a meal will lessen the problems. Unless of course you are taking it after meal already.

Hope this helps. I will be available for further followup.
Regards
