Question: Today I had a little different stomach ache, went to the bathroom and had a lot of very red rectal bleeding???

Hi and thank you for asking on HCM.
You are reporting to have had red rectal bleeding.
Usually red rectal bleeding is related with:
- hemorroids
- anal fissure
This is why I suggest to consult proctologist specialist .
Meantime I would suggest to avoid constipation using plenty of water, vegetables and increasing physical activity.
You can start to use preparation H on anal area.
With regards to stomach ache I would suggest to use PPI'S to relieve your symptoms.
