Question : For approx 6 weeks i have been experiencing bloating, left iliac fossa pain and extreme fatigue with loose-ish pale motions. Any suggestions? Also quite severe upper central abdominal pains

Im 31, this has been happening for approx 8 weeks, ive had a pelvic ultrasound, and full bloods which showed slight anaemia, im asthmatic and on asthma medication nothing else Thank you

Brief Answer: Detailed answer given below Detailed Answer: Hi, The fatigue could be due to anemia. The abdominal bloating, loose stools along with anemia could indicate malabsorption syndrome. There are different causes for malabsorption and celiac disease is one of the causes. Discuss with your doctor about this possibility and get yourself tested for celiac disease.
