Brief Answer:
GERD...

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

You are reporting to get a lot of acidities which is better after using Pantocid.

To my opinion, your symptoms are related to reflux acidity or GERD.

You need to do an upper endoscopy to better evaluate it.
Meantime you should do as follow:
- use pantocid
- antacid like gaviscon
- avoid coffee, tea and carbonated drinks
- quit smoking
- eat often and a small amount of meal
- use two pillows when you lay down
- avoid lemon, orange and citrus
- avoid unnecessary stress.

Hope I have answered your query.
