Question : hi,

I have severe itching daily generally at night times in my anus area.
on close observation i found the whole area has been disclored. (inside the butt crack)

Kindly advice.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to fungal infection and dryness. Using ointments containing combination of anti fungal like miconazole and corticosteroid like hydrocortisone or beclamethasone will be helpful. Avoid using soaps and irritants to wash the area. You can use saline or warm water for this.

How many times shall I apply per day

And is the discoloration permanent?

You can apply twice daily. Discoloration may take longer to disappear. You can apply aloe vera gel locally. If that is not helping then you can use kojic acid or vitamin c based creams.
