Brief Answer:
Tablet Diclofenac 50 mg, cold compress

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
Is there any history of injury?
Is there any swelling? Is there any redness? Is the area tender?

What has been reported in the X-ray and sonogram?

Presently I would suggest you to take tablet diclofenac 50 mg twice daily for two days now, to relieve the pain. Cold compression might be helpful. But management will be decided based on the investigation report. I would suggest you that if pain persists after two days, intensity increases, or if there is a fracture stated in the report, you should see an orthopedic surgeon immediately.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
