Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
Regarding your concern, your symptoms seem to be related to a metabolic disorder (low thyroid function, hypopituitarism, low renal function, etc.).
None of the medicine you are taking could lead to such adverse effects.
It is important make some investigations to find the cause of this clinical situation.
I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a careful physical exam and some tests:
- resting ECG
- chest X ray study
- blood lab tests (complete blood count, fasting glucose, blood electrolytes, kidney and liver function tests, blood osmolarity, PCR, sedimentation rate, cortisol plasma levels, thyroid hormone levels).
You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.
Hope to have been helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
