Question : i am 70 and am in good condition.some back pain and bp corected to 134/83 avg. im still working as mechanic/buisness owner. is it healthier to ejaculate more offen to keep the postate gland more healthy

Prostate secretes alkaline fluid required to prevent sperms from being killed by acidic vagnal secretion and once ejaculated it takes 48-72 hours for prostate to secrete same volume of fluid .

Ejaculation (2-3 times in a week) does help to relieve prostate congestion however frequent ejaculation contain only seminal fluid and less prostatic secretions .Hence it is myth that frequent ejaculation helps to keep the prostate healthy.

are you saying that 2 times a week could be helpful but any more than that has little benifit? also just curious, I have allergys.when i ejuculate it makes me sneeze but when i sneeze i dont ejuculate (thank god). Ejaculating twice is a natural phenomenon o relieve prostatic congestion and it does help to prevent pain due to congestion .

Ejaculating more than thrice can not be a beneficial .
