Brief Answer:
Consider physical evaluation....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

By your description, your back ache seems to be related to mechanical problems including inappropriate posture. However it is difficult to rule out other possibilities if any without a physical examination.

I will recommend exercise, calcium and vitamin D supplements and pain killers for now. If symptoms persist, worthwhile to visit a doctor nearby for physical examination.

Hope this helps. let me know if you need clarifications.
