Brief Answer:
It could be due to Kidney disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Kidneys are present on the back side. Sometimes UTI is linked to backache either due to kidney disease or the simple infection. She should continue the antibiotic.
If possible, ask her to get an Ultrasound abdomen.

If it is normal, then it could be musculoskeletal pain. She needs a Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet .

Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish her good health and speedy recovery.
