What Causes Severe Body Pain After Taking An I-pill?

Question : Hello doctor, I am 20 years old, I had my last period on 1st XXXXXXX , I later had sexual intercourse on 21st XXXXXXX using a condom and in the morning took an I pill just to be sure. On 1st feb I took a urine pregnancy test and it was negative. Today is 3rd Feb and i still haven't got my periods but my breasts are sore and I have body pain. Are these just the side effects of I pill or am i pregnant even though we used a condom and I took I pill? Are there any chances of pregnancy? I have been really worried and stressed
