Question : Male 37 yrs, good shape. woke feeling hungry then asked for juice because of thirst, now has severe body aches, heavy breathing, won't eat. when he eats feels like throwing up.

Hi,

I suspect he might be dehydrated. He needs to drink much water and eat as well. For now, let him take some rest and avoid walking as his balance might not be the best. He should review the home temperature and make sure it is not set high at night during sleeps as this leads to sweating and dehydration. Finally, give him pepto-bismol if the nausea persists.
