Brief Answer:
sounds like an infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

shaking and feeling cold sounds like rigor. Rigor most of the times is a sign of serious infection. Sometimes the site of the biopsy may get infected by the procedure of taking the sample tissue. She's better visit her doctor for a complete assessment. Patients with cancer are less able to cope with infections particularly the most serious ones.

Contact me if you'd like any clarification or further information. If you'd like to provide more data about her symptoms or any related information, I'll be glad to provide more comments.

Kind Regards!

you'd better check for signs of infection

Use a thermometer to check if she's developed fever. If there is fever indeed then you'd better not wait!
