Brief Answer:
Various causes

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Since colonoscopy has excluded inflammatory bowel disease then these symptoms could be due to H. pylori infection. So I would recommend that you take a test for H. pylori infection. Also, this could be due to cholecystitis or gall bladder stones which can be diagnosed by an ultrasound abdomen. Another possible cause is hiatal hernia which can be diagnosed by an X-ray or CT scan chest. Drink cleaner water and eat hygienic food.

Hope I have answered your query.
