Brief Answer:
Can be either respiratory or heart problem

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Breathing problems could developed both from lung and heart diseases.
If you have cough and/or temperature, it may indicate lung problems.
If you have dispnea during physical activities, it can be a heart problem, but in this case a lung problem is also possible.
You need to see a doctor to undergo examinations to find out what causes your complaints.
