Question : i have severe cold - watering eyes, running nose, sneezing.
i have taken crocin,oncet, levocet, dcold, mox capsule but nothing is working.
i dont know which reason caused it; fever from a colleague, birla putty work in my house, cold water bath???
pls advise medicine

Have you recorded your temperature? if yes, what were all records?
Is fever associated with chills, rigors?
Do you have cough, throat pain?
When did you start taking medications? what is frequency of medications?

i have not recorded my temperature - it started with throat niggling and then went on to sneezing and watering of eyes and running nose - it became worse in the evening and could not sleep. i started taking medicines y/day evening - dcold and crocin, (oncet, levocet, mox at 3 am today morning).

Thanks for your information.

It seems like viral infection or upper respiratory tract infection.
I suggest you Cetrizine 5 mg twice a day for 3 days.
I also suggest you continue paracetamol 650 mg for fever and body pains.
If you are having continuous or high fever for 2 days then continue Mox twice a day for 3 days.
I also suggest you Nasoclear nasosaline drops, instill 2 drops in each nostril 4-6 times a day. Steam inhalation twice a day.
Avoid exposure to cold weather, dust and avoid eating cold food.
