Question : I have had a really bad cold and have lost both my taste and smell could this be permanent?

Loss of taste and smell is common during a cold because the nose is stuffy. This is absolutely not permanent. When your cold goes away in 7-10 days, your sense of smell and taste will come back. Don't worry!
