Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Constipation is a very common problem n pregnancy.
Ideally one should not let constipation overtake you in pregnancy by consuming more fibre by way of consuming more of fresh fruits, green vegetables, whole grain cereals and drinking plenty of water. One should also go for regular walks.
Your pain abdomen could be due to constipation and entrapment of gases in faeces and hence you should not worry and just wait and watch for another 24 hours.
Consult your doctor in case pain increases or doesn't go away even if constipation is relieved.
I would advise you to take 30 ml of lactulose either plain or mixed in water or fruit juice.
Wait for 24 hours and see the response,
I hope it helps however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
