Detailed Answer:
Hello
My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.
I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way.
I would suggest you to visit hospital. ER (Emergency Room) team will perform digital rectal examination to confirm if stool is in anal canal and hard resulting in unable to pass. In that case they will give glycerin suppositories that will soft the stool and you will be able to pass stool easily. In case anal canal is empty then there could be electrolytes imbalance which resulted in intestines unable to perform peristaltic movements, hence constipation occurs. For this serum electrolytes would be done to confirm the status of electrolytes. Further treatment would depend upon the lab results.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
