Question : I have severe contraction like pains in my front lower left stomach. below my belly button and to the left.
I have a history of kidney stones, have had 2 surgeries and along with numerous KUB`s, Xrays and an IVP and my urinary tract system shows no blockage. It seems like as long as I keep my stomach full of food, the pain disappears. The minute it starts to become empty, the pain returns in the same place and with intense pain.HELP !

                                    Brief Answer:
Gastritis/duodenal ulcer
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have read your questions carefully and understood your concerns.
Your symptoms seem to be related with stomach issue like gastritis / duodenal ulcer.
If I were your treating doctor I would recommend you to run further exams like:
1. Upper endoscopy
2. Abdominal ultrasound
Still that you can start to use PPI like omeprazole/ lanzoprazole, antacids.
You should avoid using spicy foods, alcohol, and smoking.
Wishing all the best.
