Question : Hello Doctor
I am not feeling too good today.
I have cough not too bad but at regular intervals.
My body is also aching and not able to concentrate on my work.
I dont have fever though have taken Disprin in the morning.
could you please advise some medicine for me

I would suggest the following steps.

1. Plenty of fluids- 2-4 litres per day

2. warm saline gargles 4 times a day.

3. Steam inhalation 4 times a day.

4. Multivitamins may be added for better recovery.

5. May need antibiotics if the symptoms do not resolve.
