Brief Answer:
Can you measure your blood pressure?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your information fully. This seems to a viral infection of the upper respiratory air passages. I will recommend tylenol: 1000mg every 8hours and Benadryl: 25mg every 8hours to address the itchy throat and probable fever. Also, if possible, measure your body temperature and report to me? This will be guiding.

If you fail to feel better(difficulty breathing) within 2hours after taking these medications, I recommend that you go to the hospital for review.

I hope this helps and guides. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me as you please.
