Question : I have a bad cough, which while i am sitting still or sleep it doesn't bother me BUT as soon as i get moving i cough all day long sometimes so hard that i almost throw up. i have had a X Ray and i have had breathing test which turned out normal

Since your chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) are normal, no need to worry for pneumonia, bronchitis or asthma for your symptoms.
Possibility of allergic or irritant cough is more.
You are having cough only when you are moving.
So possibility of dust, pollens or any other inhaled allergen related cough is very high.
So start antihistamines and anti allergic drugs.
Avoid exposure to dust, pollens and other allergens.
