Brief Answer:
You seem to be having allergic cough.

Detailed Answer:

Hello XXXX,

Thanks for posting your query on HCM.

You have not mentioned if you have any allergy. Are you uncomfortable in dust and smoke? Your cough seems to be allergic in nature.

Are you taking any high BP medicines because one group of BP medicines(ACE inhibitors) are known to cause cough. Do you have acidity or reflux disease. Excess gastric acid can also cause cough.

The vomiting and muscle spasm is a result of hectic cough.

The medicines that you are taking may not give much relief. You should take a tablet of montair lc daily and a pan 40 which will take care of excess acid secretion/reflux disease. If cough still persists, take a levolin inhaler 2 puffs 2 to 3 times a day.

This should take care of your cough.
