Question: Nagging Cough, Always Tired, Needs lots of Sleep, Also, at the age of 26 still has her tonsils.

I can understand your concern

According to the history you provide if she were my patient i would reccommend some examinations to explore the cause of her complains as follows:

Chest X ray
Hemogram
Ferritinemia
CRP
Spirometry test
Specific IgE
Pneumoalergens
Prick tests
ENT consultation

We have to exclude lungs and allergic problems which might cause the nagging cough with some of the above tests.

The others blood tests are for detecting the anemia (a situation of iron deficiency in the organism),which is one of the usual cause of fatigue in young patients.

Please discuss with her doctor for the above
