Question : Bad cough not very productive. Dark green mucus when it is. I work with 3/4 year olds, exposed to everything. 100.4+ fever now for two and a half days won't break. Tried aspirin, Tylenol, alleve alternating 3-4 hours.

Hi welcome to Health care magic,
This is a severe infection.
I would advise a deep cough sputum examination with culture and antibiotic sensitivity and x-ray chest immediately.
Based on reports we can give correct medication.
Discuss this with your doctor.
Meanwhile I would advise ---a good expectorant with Guaphenesin, Ambroxol, or Bromhexine in it along with your current medications.
