My Impression-
Dear,the information given is incomplete to given more probable reply,
but My primary Impression from the submitted data is-
You seem to have Acute Colitis with IBS with severe cramping in right abdomen, mostly affecting right colon/ or ascending colon.
Other causes-need to be ruled out-like Gall Stones/ Cholecystitis,Renal Stones etc.
Updater more details and text reports if you can update.
Since how long these pains are?
Does severe pains go to back between shoulder blades ?
Did you have street fast food lately?
Does this pain became worst after a fatty, oily, fried meal lately?
How Does it start on first occasion?
Any acid reflux and headache with it in the past lately ?
Any history of piles or perianal problems in past/ and lately?
Primary Remedies suggested-
BE on bland diet with plenty of fluids,
Reduce solid food and be on liquid porridges and fruit juices,till further orders.
Take Dicyclomine-Only when need be-to control sharp pains.
