Question : I was taken off Cymbalta immediately . I had deep depression anxiety cant sleep tired all the timeand when I sleep it at 5AM till5or 6 PM .I am back on Cymb. 60mg and 15mg. of Besomma but still have fatigue and cant sleep

I would increase Belsomra to 20mg. This should help with ensuring you sleep at night, which would in turn reverse your fatigue. Talk to your doctor about making this change.
