Question : Hi Sir...

I feel the loose motion during travelling mainly while reaching the town(in morning) from the overnight journey.
This symptom will be bad if I reach late in morning.
How to avoid this.

Brief Answer:
if this is recent then you should rule out infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX if this is recent then you should rule out infection by doing stool examination for three consequetive days, and treat any infection.
Then take a course of lactobacilli like Bifilac hp.

But if you have always had it, I would suggest you take a tablet of loperamide like lomotil just before you leave for your overnight journey.
