Question : hello my 3 year old daughter has had loose poo for a few days she only does once a day and she is still getting over her flu, what should I do?

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. Irrespective of the cause of loose motion, unless the stool is blood stained, antibiotics are not needed. The mainstay of treatment is to maintain proper hydration. You need to give her electrobion or ORS in small amounts. It may be given 50-100ml/kg over 4 hours depending on the hydration level. Give her steam inhalation. It will help her for her flu.
