Brief Answer:
Steam inhalation should provide relief.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. Certain individuals are more prone to catching cold. It creates a vulnerability for the Eustachian tubes on either side (connecting between the inner throat and the middle ear). The purpose of these tubes is to equalize the air pressure inside the middle ear cavity. Mucus block of these tubes leads to pressure imbalance leading to the problems you describe. Steam inhalation is the mainstay of treatment. Water in form of vapor will reach deep inside and would help in diluting the mucus, thus providing relief. It should also help if you take some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily for next few days.

If there is discharge from the ear(s) it would be worthwhile to get yourself evaluated by an ENT specialist.

Let me know if I could help further.

Brief Answer:
Cold is the likely offending agent

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

I do not think that there is any relation with the VoIP related radiations. Rather, being due to cough and cold is more probable.

Brief Answer:
Steam inhalation and cetirizine should help

Detailed Answer:
I have already advised stem inhalation as well as cetirizine. Try it. The role of clinical examination cannot be undermined. If th mentioned steps do not help, you would need to see an ENT Specialist.
